About This Video
In this guided exercise video, Alyssa and Kaylee introduce a follow-along workout routine with support from Tia, Dustin, and Vanessa.
The video begins with a reminder to consult a doctor before starting an exercise routine, then moves into stretching to help the body get ready. Participants practice simple stretches before moving into upper body, lower body, core, and cardio-style movements.
The workout includes chest presses with a ball, bicep curls using household items or weights, airplane arms, knee lifts, toe raise modifications, elbow-to-knee movement, hip stretches, leg raises, seated crunches, modified jumping jacks, sit-to-stand practice, marching in place, and a closing dance party.
Throughout the video, participants are reminded to take breaks, drink water, modify movements as needed, and follow along in the way that works best for their bodies. This video gives participants a guided workout focused on strength, movement, coordination, body awareness, exercise safety, and having fun.

How to Use This Video
Use this video as a guided workout for a home routine, day program, small group, or supported exercise session.
Caregivers can help participants choose a safe place to move, clear the area, set up a stable chair, gather a ball and light household items if using them, and keep water nearby. Participants can follow the full workout or choose only a few exercises.
This video includes stretching, upper body exercises, lower body exercises, core movement, marching, and a closing dance party. Caregivers can pause between exercises, repeat favorite sections, skip movements that do not feel safe, or use shorter portions of the video as needed.
Because this activity involves exercise, balance, arm movement, leg movement, sit-to-stand practice, household objects, music, and possible fatigue, caregivers should provide support with pacing, safety, hydration, breaks, volume, equipment choice, and movement modifications as needed.
At the end, participants can notice how their bodies feel, drink water, name a favorite exercise, and return to this workout again when they want a full-body movement routine.
